What Vehicles Are Covered?

Passenger motor vehicles, trailer, semitrailer, sold and registered in the state which are designed, used and maintained for the transportation of persons but not operated for the transportation of persons for compensation, except to schools, religion affiliated programs or other prearranged excursions. Excludes motorcycles, living portions of recreational vehicles, trucks with a GVW over 5,000 lbs. and off-road vehicles.

What Is A Lemon?

3 repair attempts – 30 calendar days out of service
1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
