What Vehicles are Covered?
A motor vehicle used in substantial part for personal, family, or household purposes.

What is a Lemon?
Three unsuccessful repair or one repair attempt of a serious safety defect or 30 calendar days out of service within 18 months.

Notice Requirement
Written notice to manufacturer. If three unsuccessful repairs or 30 days already exhausted before notice, manufacturer has one more repair attempt within 15 days.

Virginia does not have a State-run arbitration program.
