What Vehicles are Covered?
Any motor vehicle not including motorized bicycles, motor homes, recreational vehicles or off-road vehicles and vehicles over 10,000 pounds GVW.

What is a Lemon?
Four unsuccessful repairs or 30 calendar days out of service within shorter of one year or warranty.

Notice Requirement
Notice to manufacturer by certified mail and opportunity to repair.

There is no state run arbitration in Tennessee.

Leased vehicles are covered.
