What Vehicles are Covered?
Any non-commercial motor vehicle purchased or leased, except for motorcycles, certain motor homes, and off-road vehicles.

What is a Lemon?
Four unsuccessful repairs or 30 calendar days out of service within shorter of two years or 18,000 miles.

Notice Requirement
Certified notice to manufacturer, agent or dealer.

New York does have not a State-run arbitration program.
