A new motor vehicle normally used for personal, family or household purposes, except a motor home or off-road vehicle.

What is a Lemon?
Four unsuccessful repairs or 30 calendar days out of service within shorter of two years or 18,000 miles.

Notice Requirement
Written notice to manufacturer.

Nevada does not have a State-run arbitration program.
