What Vehicles are Covered?
A new motor vehicle, primarily used for personal, family, or household purposes. Does not include commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles or recreational vehicles.

What is a Lemon?
Four unsuccessful repairs or 30 business days out of service within shorter of 1 year or warranty.

Notice Requirement
Written notice to manufacturer, which has 10 calendar days to repair after delivery to designated dealer.

Nebraska does not have a state run arbitration program.

Leased vehicles are not covered.
