Vehicles used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. Excludes off-road vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles. Includes motor home chassis.

What is a Lemon?
Three unsuccessful repairs or 15 business days out of service within shorter of 1 year or warranty.

Notice Requirement
Written notice to manufacturer, which has 10 business days to repair after delivery to designated dealer.

Mississippi does not have a State-run arbitration program.
