What Vehicles are Covered?
A new vehicle that is purchased or leased primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. Does not include vehicles run only on tracks, off-road vehicles, trucks over ten thousand pounds gross weight, the living facilities of recreational vehicles or motorcycles or mopeds.

What is a Lemon?
Three unsuccessful repairs or 20 calendar days out of service within shorter of 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Notice Requirement
Written notice by certified or express mail to manufacturer, which has 14 calendar days (10 if vehicle has been out of service 20 cumulative calendar) for final repair attempt after delivery to designated dealer.

Florida does have a State-run arbitration program.
