What Vehicles are Covered?
A self-propelled private passenger vehicle, including pickup trucks and vans, designed primarily for travel on the public highways and used to carry not more than 10 persons. Excludes motor homes and motorcycles.

What is a Lemon?
Four unsuccessful repairs or 30 business days out of service within one year or length of warranty, whichever is shorter.

Notice Requirement
Notice by certified mail of each defect which occurs and the opportunity for repairs.

Colorado does not have a State-run arbitration program.
