What Vehicles are Covered?
A new motor vehicle that is used or bought for use primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. Includes the chassis portion of motor homes.


What is a Lemon?
Four unsuccessful repairs or 30 calendar days out of service within one year or 12,000 miles, whichever is shorter.

Notice Requirement
Written notice to manufacturer and delivery of car to repair facility for repair attempt within 30 days.
